FORTIFIED FARM DINNERS
Since our inception in 2013, our signature farm dinners have brought people from Northern Colorado to the table on farms throughout the region to support our local farming community and raise funds for local non-profit organizations. Each dinner is its own unique blend of collaborators including producers, restaurants, breweries, distilleries, wineries and musicians. The Bounty Guide provides a comprehensive listing of local farms, farmers' markets and food-oriented events for residents of Larimer and Weld counties. This free publication is made possible by advertising from local businesses and organizations.
FORT COLLINS BEER WEEK
FCBW brought together dozens of Fort Collins breweries and other businesses to celebrate the creativity, craftsmanship and entrepreneurship of the city's beer culture.
BOUNTY AND BREWS
This was our longest-running community event. This annual beer dinner and silent auction has raised over forty thousand dollars for The Growing Project since it was started in 2012. The dinner features local breweries and chefs serving a multi-course dinner paired with beers to 200 guests inside greenhouses at local nurseries and garden centers.
Connecting Crops to Cuisine
We partnered with CSU Larimer Extension and Colorado Department of Agriculture to create this half-day workshop that provided information to 50 farmers and chefs to help them build successful relationships to increase local sourcing in restaurants.
