JOIN US FOR THE 2019 FARM DINNER SEASON

We started the Fortified Farm Dinner series as a prototype for collaboration in the community. We bring together farmers, chefs, breweries and non-profits to create experiential dining that connects crops to cuisine, while connecting you to community. Since 2015, we've raised nearly $50,000 for local non-profit partners and plated almost 5,000 meals through our memorable farm dinners.

HEART OF SUMMER

For our Heart of Summer Dinner, we seat 160 hungry fans of farm to table to celebrate the bounty of summer. This year, we are pairing the culinary talent of chef Rhys Edmunds of Jay's Bistro with the flavors of Verboten Brewing. Join us at Colorado Stock Grain Farm for our first farm dinner of the season.

HARVEST MOON SALMON BAKE

Enjoy the surrounding view of Jodar Farms at Dixon Station in Wellington for our annual Harvest Moon Salmon Bake. This year, we will pair our Jax Fish House dinner with beverages from Post Brewing Co. Jax uses the traditional open flame method to prepare the salmon, an homage to the Native American tribes of the Northwest who perfected the method. Connect with other community members under the harvest moon.

BOUNTY AND BREWS

This annual beer dinner and silent auction has raised over thirty thousand dollars for The Growing Project since it was started in 2012. The dinner features 8 local breweries paired with 8 local chefs, tasked to create separate courses for a multi-course dinner. Serving 200 guests each year, this is a long-held local favorite. Be sure and come hungry!
